Is this real money trading?

No. TradeSchool uses simulated (paper) money only. No real funds are at risk. All trading is for educational purposes only.

My progress disappeared / I lost my portfolio

Your progress is linked to your device ID. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, your progress may not carry over. Email us and we can look into it.

Chart data is not loading

Market data is sourced from Yahoo Finance and may be delayed by up to 20 minutes. If charts fail to load, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, email us with the stock symbol you're trying to view.

How do I reset my portfolio?

Go to the Profile tab → scroll down → tap Reset Portfolio. This will reset your virtual cash balance to $10,000 AUD and clear your trade history.

The app crashed / isn't working

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, please email us with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.
